The starter session is free and lasts 30-45 minutes. During this session you tell me what you want help with and I talk about the services I offer and how we work together.
The main purpose of this meeting is for both of us to see if we can work together in a way that helps you achieve your goal.
At the end of or after the starter session it’s time to decide if we shall work together or not. If you decide to hire me, we book the first session. If you decide to look elsewhere for help that’s fine, there are no strings attached.
Each session lasts 45-60 minutes. If possible we can meet face to face, see where we are. We are location independent when we use Skype (audio only) or phone.
You reach your goal by the results of our talks as well as through the change process that you undertake between calls. You are responsible for your results and thus for the changes resulting from the choices and decisions made by you within our cooperation.
I am responsible for doing my part in a professional manner in compliance with ICF ethical guidelines.
In the last session we evaluate our collaboration and the result.
How many sessions and how often?
We schedule the number of sessions that’s needed for you to reach your goal. The numbers below are based on my experience.
For life coaching six sessions work best, held every second week. That means we work together for about three months. If you reach your goal in less than six sessions we either cancel the ones that are left or you pick another goal to work with.
Business coaching requires longer time together. We start with 2-3 sessions held every second week in order to get up to speed. After that it usually works well with one session per month.

During the time you work with me you can send me emails whenever you need to. I answer as soon as possible.
