Terms and Agreement

There are several parts that form our agreement.

• Scheduling is usually done through emails. We set up sessions, when and how often. See schedule info PDF.
• Price and payment terms
• Agreement, the formal part of it, is available as agreement PDF.
• Guidelines is practical information about how we work together. The guidelines PDF cover topics such as payments, changes and cancellations.
• Code of Ethics As an ICF Professional Coach I pledge accountability to ICF (International Coach Federation) Code of Ethics.

Payment

Payments must be via PayPal and I will email you an invoice. Your payment must be in my Paypal account no later than 48 hours before our session. Failure to pay in time will be considered as a cancellation. Please consider that payments can take time.

Payment is considered as signing and approving the terms and agreement.
